How we teach
Short lessons, real practice, one week at a time
A skill sticks when people use it. Our courses run over several weeks, so your team can try each skill at work and bring back what happened.
Practical, week by week
Each session pairs a short lesson with role-plays and case studies. Between sessions, your team uses the skill on the job, then talks through how it went.
We come to you
A trainer runs the course at your workplace, live online, or in a scheduled class. You choose the days, so the work keeps going while your team learns.
Respect at the centre
Every course comes back to how people treat each other at work. Our leadership and hospitality courses also cover truth and reconciliation.
Founder
David
David brings a background in tutoring, hospitality and business to every course. He has trained more than 100 businesses and thousands of students.
Tutoring showed him that people learn a skill by practising it, a little at a time. That's why every course runs as short weekly sessions built around role-plays and real situations from your workplace. Your team tries something at work, then comes back the next week to talk through how it went.
His years in hospitality and business keep the training grounded in real work: busy shifts, upset customers, and teams that have to keep the doors open while they learn. Today David and a group of local trainers teach communication, conflict, respect and inclusion, leadership and customer service across Manitoba and Ontario, at your workplace or online.
